‘RHONY’ alum Jill Zarin is throwing away no time ripping up her new $3.5 million household … a great deal of funds for a fixer-upper, mainly because she’s investing millions renovating it.
She scooped up the Boca Raton mansion in July immediately after marketing the residence she lived in just a couple of miles absent. Jill’s new 6,000 sq. foot household has 5 bedrooms and 5 bogs and 26-foot ceilings all over — 26-foot ceilings … insane!
Jill’s had a crew of building workers shifting the dwelling from its unique Mediterranean glimpse to something additional transitional.
She gutted the household and is adding a new chef’s kitchen … with a 5-foot galley workstation. There is certainly a brand name new annex bar, marble Napoleon fireplace and even tailor made tennis-themed bogs with racquet-patterned wallpaper.
Jill’s also ripping out all the marble floors and putting in new home windows, among the numerous other issues. She’s carrying out an exterior makeover as well, which includes landscaping which will include the now-compulsory pickleball court.
As for the backyard, it’s going to get an outside kitchen area and a new, significant pool.
