CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper-based artist collective is hosting a one-day fundraiser this weekend full of live entertainment and, of course, plenty of color.

ART 321’s “Art of the Party” event, held throughout much of Saturday at ART 321’s location on 321 W. Midwest Ave., will feature a variety of art-related activities and entertainment guests as part of a festival to promote artists in the city.

Ticket packages range in cost from $25 to $85, granting attendees access to a variety of amenities based on whichever package is purchased. However, all tickets include general admission to the event’s night art market and evening concerts at a minimum.

Per an ART 321 news release Friday, an art market in conjunction with the Funky Junk District will open its doors at 11 a.m. Saturday and continue throughout the event’s duration, highlighting a variety of exhibits and vendors from across Wyoming. Meanwhile, the nearby “Creator’s Corner” will have family-friendly art activities, such as splatter painting and tie-dye.

Other sources of entertainment will be held throughout the day, beginning with the chance to throw paint (for a donation) at ART 321 Director Tyler Cessor at 1 p.m. Wyoming-based fire performer Miranda Bressler will be spinning fire at 6 and 9 p.m., while a pair of musical acts (Chad Lore and John Roberts y Pan Blanco) kick off their musical set as part of the event’s evening concert at 7 p.m.

To close out the party, a silent disco will begin at 10 p.m., with admission granted to those who either purchased the “Party Pack” or “VIP” ticket packages for $65 and $85, respectively. Children 12 and under receive free general admission tickets with the purchase of an adult ticket, though Creator’s Corner passes are sold separately.
